报告人:Prof. Fred Wang

Bio: Prof. Fred Wang is a professor and Condra Chair of Excellence in Power Electronics at the University of Tennessee. He holds a joint position in Oak Ridge National Lab and serves as the Technical Director of CURENT. He is a fellow of the IEEE and fellow of NAI.

Abstract: This talk will present an overview of high-density power electronics related research at UTK CURENT. The talk will focus on some recent activities related to WBG and other fast device applications. Issues related to component characterization and modeling, device packaging, converter dead-time setting and compensation, sensing and sampling will be discussed. Potential solutions are presented
