Dr Sobajic是国际电力控制中心之父Dr Tom DyLiacco的亚洲威廉最新版下载（1988）。他2009年接替DyLiacco ，任 Int Workshop on Electric Power Control Center的主席.

Dr Sobajic长期在美国的EPRI、NYISO主管控制中心方面的技术工作，有40多年的工程经验。

他是Neural Network在电力系统应用的开创者。1989年出版了第一本教材。1990年设计实现了第一个负荷频率控制器。

他专长于控制中心、PMU应用、稳定控制、智能系统应用
