In order to strengthen scientific and technological innovation and cooperation with State Grid in the field of energy, on the afternoon of August 10, 2022, “Expanding Thought on Electric Power, Dual Perspectives of Tsinghua and Think Tanks — 13th Energy Forum” was held in Room 102, Zone 3 of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Applied Electronics (EEA) of Tsinghua University. Nearly 20 people, including Executive Director (President) Ouyang Changyu, General Manager Wang Guanghui and Deputy General Manager Wang Yaohua of State Grid Energy Research Institute, Dean Kang Chongqing, Party Committee Secretary Wu Wenchuan and Zheng Zedong, and Deputy Dean Lu Chao and Yu Zhanqing of EEA, Executive Vice President Gao Wensheng of Beijing Tsinghua Energy Internet Innovation Research Institute and Executive Vice President Lu Zongxiang of Sichuan Tsinghua Energy Internet Innovation Research Institute, attended the meeting.
At the forum, the experts made reports on the latest research in the field of energy, and the management level conducted a full exchange of complementary advantages, joint theoretical and technical research and personnel training. The successful convening of this forum promotes both sides to go into a new stage of cooperation and development as soon as possible, and will also contribute to the high-quality development of China’s energy sector.
