On September 22, 2020, the establishment ceremony of EEA - NI Virtual Instrument Joint Innovation Laboratory of Tsinghua University was held in the west main building of Tsinghua University.

Professor Kang Chongqing, Dean of EEA, signed a cooperation agreement with Mr. Qiao Wei, Sales Director of NI Greater China, and jointly unveiled the Joint Innovation Lab. Feng Yanrong, Senior Sales Manager of NI North China and East China, and CEO Sun Zhengyuan and Liu Jindong, director of marketing and business development of Zengyi-Tech, witnessed it together. Also present at the ceremony were Professor Zhao Wei, Executive Dean of Energy Internet Innovation Research Institute of Tsinghua University and Director of Electrical and Electronic Centre of Tsinghua University, Professor Huang Songling, Associate Researcher Wang Kun and Senior Engineer Hao Li from EEA, Feng Yushen, Sales Manager of NI in Beijing, and Li Xu, Manager of Northern Region and engineers Zhao Xudong and Sun Xinran from Zengyi-Tech. The meeting was presided over by Professor Zhu Guiping, Deputy Dean of EEA of Tsinghua University.

This is a new launch of cooperation between EEA of Tsinghua University and NI. Beijing, and Zengyi-Tech, a solution provider for NI colleges and universities, will also cooperate with EEA and NI Company in deepening industry-education integration and promoting the cultivation of innovative talents.

Professor Kang Chongqing, Dean of EEA, welcomed the arrival of NI and its partner Zengyi-Tech, and reviewed the history of cooperation between the EEA and NI and the emphasis on virtual instrument technology.

Mr. Qiao Wei, Sales Director of NI Greater China, also reviewed the long history of cooperation between NI and EEA of Tsinghua University, and looked forward to the cooperation between the two sides in industry-education integration and talent training.

Teacher Hao Li of the Virtual Instrument Joint Innovation Laboratory and Liu Jindong from Zenyi-Tech jointly introduced the progress of laboratory construction and future cooperation planning. Subsequently, the establishment ceremony of the Virtual Instrument Joint Innovation Laboratory and the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between the EEA of Tsinghua University and NI Company were successfully completed.

After that, the delegates visited the newly upgraded laboratory exchanged their ideas.
