Manual of Operations

This Manual of Operations (MOP) describes the Bringing Research to Impact for Global Health at Tsinghua (BRIGHT) program objectives; the BRIGHT network structure; roles and responsibilities of entities and individuals within the BRIGHT network; the BRIGHT grant and its operating guidelines. The MOP is to be used as a reference document for current BRIGHT network policies and procedures.
